Dr. Donald EricksonPastor Donald Erickson has served as senior pastor at Cary-Grove since December, 1984. He and his wife, Claudia, are the parents of four children, Christy, Becky, Kara and Ryan. Prior to coming to Cary-Grove, Pastor Don served as Associate Pastor of Student Ministries at churches in Moline and Antioch, Illinois. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Wheaton College and both his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. Pastor Don is an avid sports enthusiast, who enjoys golf, softball, and scuba diving. Claudia is a marketing consultant in the craft industry and Bible study leader and women's conference speaker.

Pastor Rick GeorgePastor Rick George has served as Pastor of Worship Ministries since June, 2006. Before coming to Cary Grove, Pastor Rick served as pastoral intern and elder over worship at Skillman Bible Church in Dallas, Texas, where he was ordained and commissioned for ministry. In 2009, Rick became our Pastor of Worship & Spiritual Formation with focus on the spiritual growth of the congregation along with his Worship leadership.
Pastor Rick and his wife, Summer, met through InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at Bowling Green State University, where Rick earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Education in 1999. While in college, Rick toured and performed with the Air Force Band of the Great Lakes. He taught instrumental music in Ohio public schools prior to attending Dallas Theological Seminary. In 2006 he graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Christian Education.
Pastor Rick and Summer have three children, Caden, Ellie and Will and love to travel and being in the outdoors. Rick is a mountain hiking enthusiast and Summer loves to run and exercise. They both have a passion for relationships and helping people to know and love God deeply.

Andy NilssonAndy Nilsson serves part-time as Director of Pastoral Care. A building contractor by trade, God has given Andy a special gift of caring for the hurting which led our church to ask him to serve on staff. Andy and his wife, Deb, have one son, Josh. They have been members of our church for over twenty years. Through a series of very difficult medical issues, God has used both Andy and Deb to minister to others in some very special ways during times of crisis.

Pastor Tim Olsen
Pastor of Student Ministries
Pastor Tim joined our staff in May of 2008. He began his preparation for ministry at Multnomah Bible College and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible Theology from Moody Bible Institute.
Tim came to us with a wide variety of ministry experiences and managerial skills. He has served as a mentor of students, led small groups, served as a keynote speaker to students at Camp Awana and guest speaker at retreats, school chapel services and church seminars. He also served on the mission field with Christian Outreach International completing Missionary Training School in Blansko, Czechoslovakia.
He loves to travel and is an avid sports fan! He and Gina have a heart for students and their parents. They find the greatest joy in seeing youth come to know Christ as their personal savior and grow in that faith.
